I mean it.

A few years ago, I was trying to help my clients with their stress levels. It seemed that no amount of talking made any difference (duh), and even taking walks, or doing some yoga wasn’t that sustaining.

With that in mind, I asked spirit for a way to help them. Soon after that, I learned about HeartMath. I became a 1:1 provider, and have since incorporated much of the insight into my work as a coach and a trainer.
