Jesus!  I was searching around several news sights, looking for some positive news about women.  I was thrilled when I found the first few lines of this article, as I thought that the author, Peggy Noonan from the Wall Street Journal, was actually highlighting female leaders and their roots.

It was random, as I can search and search for some great news about women, and come up with a ton of victim focused stories, or fluff about if they know Oprah… Just never much news about what women are doing (not suffering from) in traditional news sites.

This was cool, until I read it all the way through.  Ms. Noonan goes to great lengths to highlight three successful female politicians from our collective past, Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir, and Indira Ghandi and what they encountered along their paths to leadership.  Then she completely bashes Hilary, and her complaints that her defeat in her push for the Presidency was only because of sexism.

Did she really say that, or is Peggy just another tired out journalist who doesn’t think for herself, and remains an old stick in the mud about how we ought to “butch up”, in Peggy’s words.  Whatever… can you just give it a rest?

Women who do this to other women really piss me off.  And I am not all that interested in who wins this election.  Obama or Hilary work for me..  I mean, finally I was glad to vote – FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE!!!! (and I’m in my late ’40’s).

So Peggy… shut the f*&%k up!!!
