Here’s a quickie workout…
Warm up with a nice run around the block, and then do it again… nice and easy.
Then, break this up any way you want to to complete all the movements. You could do ten/ten/ten of each movement, 10 times… then you’re done. Or reps of 20… Also, if you don’t have traditional pull-ups, do jumping pull-ups. Same with the push-ups. If you can’t do them with your legs straight, bend at the knees and get the full range of motion by lowering your chest all the way down.
Have fun, and time it for extra stimulus.
